Perfect Fall Day

Today was such a great day! It was sunny and warm but still crisp enough so as not to forget that we are entering a new season. Rosie and I met Amber and Jorja (my only blog follower...Hi Amber!) at La Fortune and had a great walk with the girls. Then of to Jamba Juice for a nice "lunch". Amber I didn't give anything else to Rosie for lunch, did you do anything for Jorja? Did she stay awake before nap?

Spinach Smoothies

Today after Rosie's nap, we decided to make spinach smoothies. I know, gross. But try it try it and you may say, "Say"! Today's concoction consisted of (in this order) water, one banana, a handful of spinach, plain yogurt, flax seeds and strawberries. Once blended it looked green but you just simply can't taste that spinach. Rosie had a fun time helping me assemble and she more than enjoyed sucking it all down with a bendy straw.
